Shipping & Refund Policy

We aim to process your order within 2-4 business days. All our orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post or DHL. 

We always do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. But please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order could arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

AUSTRALIA

  • Free Standard Delivery for orders above $60,-
  • Free Express Delivery for orders above $80,-
  • $9.9 Standard Delivery (3-6 business days for metro and up to 13 business days for rural)
  • $15 Express Delivery (1-2 business days for metro or 3-4 business days for rural)

All domestic deliveries are shipped through Australia Post. Tracking is available. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact us: info@tococo.com.au.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • $23 Standard Delivery (7-20 business days).
  • Free Standard Delivery for orders above $150
  • $35 Express Delivery (5-14 business days).

All international deliveries are shipped through DHL and come with tracking. Express orders are shipped via Australian Post. If you would like to have a signature, you can email us at info@tococo.com.au.

Express shipping available (2-4 business days) to New Zealand, Asia (selected countries), Europe, USA, Canada & Mexico. 

All parcels sent overseas are shipped via DHL. Please enter your details & address in English only.

TOCOCO is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at: info@tococo.com.au

TOCOCO is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away: info@tococo.com.au

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

CUSTOMS AND OTHER CHARGES

Customs and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and TOCOCO is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, TOCOCO will charge you postage.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items? A pity, but that can happen! When the items meet our conditions you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your return. We will then proceed to a refund of the purchased amount. You can also choose to receive a giftcard. 

To organise a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email the items to be returned and the reason for return to info@tococo.com.au - we will share the return address with you by email.

Step 2: Send the items to be returned to our return address.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days of your item being received by our customer care team. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You can only return within the specified return period (14 days after the purchase date) and the items to be returned must be unworn. We will not accept any pieces when: 

  • An item is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.  
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above.
  • No refunds on Afterpay however, you can opt to receive a gift card. 
  • No cancellation of orders that are pre-order. 
  • No refunds on sale products.

In the rare case that breakage occurs, due to a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months of purchase, the piece will be covered under our warranty and TOCOCO will happily replace the item - or offer a gift card to the full amount paid and return it free of charge. The customer will also receive a 3 month extended warranty on the repaired or replaced item. If damage has occurred due personal wear & tear, mishandling or not caring for the treasure as per our instructions, it will not be covered under our warranty. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You have the right to cancel your order and send it back within our 14-day return period. You can review and adjust your purchase within this period. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
